Graduate Students and Postdocs

The Harshman Research Group is actively looking for undergraduate students, graduate students, and postdoctoral scholars. Members of the group can look forward to learning beginning and advanced methods in qualitative methods (interviewing and thematic coding) and quantitative methods (statistics, statistical coding, and psychometrics). Undergraduate students will generally come from chemistry and/or chemistry education backgrounds. Graduate students will almost exclusively have chemistry backgrounds, and postdocs can have a variety of different experiences (bench chemistry doctorate, chemistry education research, discipline-based education research, statistics, etc.) and find their way into the group.

If you are interested in joining my group, please email me: jharshman@auburn.edu
